The Affiliate Portal gives your Affiliates real-time visibility into Campaign performance, access to available Creatives and other marketing assets, as well as instructions to your preferred traffic methods for the Campaigns. From the Portal, Affiliates are also able to see their commissions and provide the necessary billing information for payments.

Dashboard

When logging into the Affiliate Portal, the Affiliate will first land on the Dashboard, which provides campaign performance metrics, commissions earned and other important messages from the Brand to the Affiliate at a glance. It includes key performance metrics, payment details and other customized widgets decided on by the Brand.

Some of the default widgets include:

  • Campaign Summary: shows today’s performance of active Campaigns

  • Creative Summary: shows today’s performance of active Creatives

  • Performance: shows revenue earned in a set of predetermined date ranges

Sites

Sites are the websites that Affiliates will be navigating users to via their Campaigns. The Sites grid will allow Affiliates to see a list of active and available Campaigns, as well as Campaign details such as the Payout, Description and Restrictions, Creative Assets, and Tracking Parameters.

To access Sites, follow these steps:

  1. Click Sites

  2. Click the Site Name hyperlink to open details

From the Site card, the Affiliate can view the following details:

  • Basic Information: Description, Restrictions, Allowed Media Types, Default Payout and Price Format

  • Events: If multiple Events are tracked for a Campaign, a list of them will be displayed here alongside any corresponding payout details. Affiliates also have the ability to “piggy-back” a conversion tracking pixel for the Affiliate’s analytics platform.

  • Creatives: All available Creative assets and corresponding links and impression pixels will be available here. Affiliates can download a file of these assets or have them emailed to the email address used as their login username.

  • Email: If the Email media type is available for a Campaign, the Brand should provide the Affiliate with an Unsubscribe link, From lines and Subject lines in this section.

  • Testing & Tracking: This tab can be used to ensure proper tracking between Journey and another measurement platform used by the Affiliate. From here, the Affiliate can test the other system’s tracking link and pixel to verify accuracy across platforms.

  • Payout Rules: For Ecommerce Campaigns, payouts can be determined by the product(s) purchased by the consumer, the shopping cart total and more. The payout rules for this Campaign will be listed here alongside the respective payout amount.
