How To Create Custom Campaign Names For The Affiliate Portal

What Is A Custom Campaign Name?


By Default, CAKE displays the name of your Offer in the Affiliate Portal for each of their Campaigns. However, some Affiliates may want a more descriptive title or, when running multiple Directed Campaigns, a way to distinguish one Campaign from another. Creating a custom Campaign name gives you the ability to create a unique name for each and every Campaign your Affiliate is running.



How To Enable The Campaign Name Permission


To enable the Campaign Name field, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Setup main tab
  2. Click Permissions sub tab
  3. Click the name of the Role(s) that you would like to add/edit custom Campaign Names
  4. Search the permission titled "Name" under Cards > Campaign > Info Sub Tab > Name
  5. Enable the permission and click Save




How To Show Custom Campaign Names In The Affiliate Portal


To display the custom Campaign name in the Affiliate portal, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Setup main tab
  2. Click on the Settings sub tab
  3. Click Affiliate Portal Settings
  4. Under Affiliate Reports Settings, enable "Show Campaign Name" and click Save




How To Add A Custom Campaign Name


To add a custom Campaign name, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Campaign Card
  2. Navigate to the Info sub tab
  3. Type in a custom name and click Save
