What is the Affiliate Status?
The Affiliate Status determines if your partnership with a certain affiliate is active or not and if that affiliate is allowed to run campaigns in your program. The possible statuses are as follows:
Active: you are currently participating in a partnership with this affiliate and they are allowed to run traffic to your offers
Inactive: you do not currently have a partnership with this affiliate are they are not allowed to run traffic to your offers, any campaigns they had previously will no longer accept traffic and will follow the Redirect Strategy
Pending: you are in the determining stages of a partnership with this affiliate and they are not yet allowed to run traffic to your offers
How to Update an Affiliate’s Status in the Mobile App
To update an Affiliate’s Status in the mobile app, follow these steps:
Tap Lists from the main navigation on the bottom of your screen
Type the Affiliate’s name into the search bar
Tap the Affiliate name from the search results
Tap Update Affiliate Status
Select the new Status from the list of options
Tap Apply on the top right of the screen
The Affiliate Details can also be accessed from the Affiliate Report, to update the status follow these steps:
Tap the Affiliate name
Tap Affiliate Details
Tap Update Affiliate Status
Select the new Status from the list of options
Tap Apply on the top right of the screen
