How to Update Campaign Status in the CAKE Mobile App (iOS)

What is a Campaign Status?


A Campaign Status determines if your affiliate is allowed to run traffic to the Offer. The possible statuses are as follows:


  • Active: the affiliate is allowed to run traffic to the offer

  • Inactive: the affiliate is no longer allowed to run traffic to the offer and any traffic sent to the offer will be sent to a different offer based on the Redirect Strategy

  • Pending: you are in the determining stages and the affiliate is not yet allowed to run traffic to the offer



How to Update a Campaign’s Status in the App


To change a Campaign’s Status from the app, follow these steps:


  1. Tap Lists from the main navigation on the bottom of your screen

  2. Search for the Affiliate to access the Campaign

  3. Tap the name of the Affiliate from the search results

  4. Tap Campaigns 

  5. Select the Campaign from the list of options

  6. Tap Edit on the top right of the screen

  7. Tap Account Status

  8. Select the Account Status from the list

  9. Tap Apply



The Campaign can also be accessed from the Affiliate Report, to update the Status follow these steps:


  1. Tap the Affiliate name

  2. Tap Drill Down by Campaign 

  3. Tap the Campaign name

  4. Tap Campaign Details 

  5. Tap Edit on the top right of the screen

  6. Tap Account Status

  7. Select the Account Status from the list

  8. Tap Apply
