- Click the Edit hyperlink under the thank you page name
- Click the plus icon then search for "shortcode"
- Click on the associated icon and add the shortcode anywhere on your thank you page
- Type the short code [ckmtrack] into the shortcode box
- Optionally, to override the offer and/or set an event at the page level, type [ckmtrack offer="123" event="456"] replacing with your actual IDs.
