How to subscribe to alerts as an admin user
To access available alerts as an admin OR affiliate, open up your contact card.
To find your contact card:
- Click on your email address (username) in the upper right hand corner of your window in the header bar.
- Once your contact card is open, go to the Alerts tab of your contact card.
Subscribing to alerts as an admin user
In the Alerts tab:
- Click on the checkboxes next to the alerts that you want to subscribe to
- Then click on the Subscribe butto
- he dots under the 'Subscribed' column will turn or display green for all alerts that you have subscribed to. You can search alerts by name or sort by the Subscribed column to see all of your subscribed alerts grouped at the top. Follow the same steps but with the Unsubscribe button to unsubscribe from an alert.
The same steps apply if you are a manager wanting to subscribe employees to a set of alerts OR an employee wanting to subscribe affiliate contacts to alerts that you've created for affiliates.
How to subscribe to alerts as an affiliate
Affiliates can subscribe to any alerts admin employees have created for them.
Once created, affiliates can access available alerts in the Alerts tab of their Affiliate Portal.
Subscribing to alerts as an affiliate
The subscription process is similar for affiliates. Once you're looking at the list of available alerts:
- Click on the checkboxes next to the alerts that you want to subscribe to

Then click on the Subscribe button

You can search alerts by name or sort by the Subscribed column to see all of your subscribed alerts grouped at the top.
