[New function require]Limited access to old report data(>3 months)

If this can be an option in Setting - permission - Roles, it helps network keep better data security

eg. when this is activeted for a certain role, related users will lose their ability to browser all time data in the repot, instead only the numbers of the past 3 Months will be visible. But in the meanwhile admin users get to keep their ability to check all time data
