Viewing Applied Campaigns
When affiliates apply to campaigns through the Affiliate Portal, they will display under the "Applied" sub tab in the left-hand navigation bar within your Affiliates main tab.
Clicking on Applied, will open a set of additional tabs, and applied campaigns will be listed under Campaigns. Here you will see the Affiliate, Campaign, media type, and the application date, as well as any notes the affiliate added during the application process.
To the right, you'll have the option to approve or deny the campaign by clicking on the corresponding plus (approve) or minus (deny) icons.
Approved or Denied Campaigns
Once you approve or deny a campaign, the affiliate will receive an email notification. These utilize two default email templates which can be found in SET UP > SETTINGS > EMAIL TEMPLATES. For information on using CAKE Basic's email templates, click here: Sending Emails Through CAKE Basic.
